earliest Launch in Process market- countries : We can recommend
you, if you can launch any molecule earlier than the expiry of the
product patent due to the allowances in the lP laws in some- PROCESS
Market- Countries, at which products can not be claim- protected until
a certain year. For instance, this date is 07 Oct. 1992 for Spain and
01 Jan. 2005 for India.
- Drafting
and writing patent and submission to WIPO, EPO etc : We can write your patent; even you provide only limited
information. We can construct your application and tight claims, in
such a way that it can protect your invention in every possible means.

formulation, process etc are barrier for the generic launch
